Qlimpse is a personal memory and legacy platform that allows users to create, store, and share life timelines, family connections, photos, videos, and stories with people they choose.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Qlimpse.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Qlimpse. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and those you share it with.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is harmful, abusive, hateful, or obscene.
• Contains spam, malware, or malicious code.

5. AI Features

Qlimpse uses AI to power features such as Life Story generation, art transformation, and voice transcription. These features process your content to produce results. AI-generated content may not always be accurate and is provided for personal, non-commercial use within the platform.

6. Payments & Purchases

Certain features (such as art print orders) require payment. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms. We are not responsible for errors made by third-party payment processors.

7. Termination

You may stop using Qlimpse at any time and request deletion of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data, though we take reasonable precautions to protect your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qlimpse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
